ASX-listed explorer Trek Metals launched a $12 million placement on Friday morning to accelerate its maiden drilling campaign at its Christmas Creek project in Western Australia.
Lead manager Alpine Capital was offering new shares in the $103 million market cap company at 15¢ – a 9.1 per cent discount to the last close – according to a term sheet seen by Street Talk.
