Letty Glaister, a partner at Saffron Walden-based law firm Tees, has been shortlisted in the Agricultural Adviser of the Year category at the National Women in Agriculture Awards 2026.
The awards celebrate the achievements of women across the UK agricultural sector, recognising leadership, innovation, and dedication in farming and rural industries.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony on Tuesday, May 5 in London, bringing together leading figures from across the agricultural community.
Letty was nominated for her “outstanding” contribution to the agricultural and farming sector and the commitment she shows to the clients and communities she supports.

A partner in Tees’ agriculture, rural, and estates team, Letty has been with the firm since 2001 and works closely with clients to help them protect their business and plans for the future, often supporting families through generational change.
She advises farmers, landowners, and rural businesses on a wide range of legal matters, combining technical expertise with passion for agriculture.
Her areas of expertise include succession planning, trust advice, and the administration of agricultural estates.
She is known for her practical advice and her understanding of the challenges faced by farming families and rural enterprises.
Tees also congratulated the other advisers who have been nominated and shortlisted in the category.
