In a move set to shape the region’s economic future, the Autonomous Bougainville Government (ABG) has entered a significant partnership with Indian industrial leader Lloyds Metals & Energy Limited (LMEL).
The two parties signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Thursday, establishing a formal framework for collaboration on major development projects across Bougainville.
