JAKARTA — The Indonesian and U.S. presidents on Thursday signed their long-awaited reciprocal trade agreement, under which most goods from Southeast Asia’s largest economy will face a 19% tariff to enter America, with the exception of some key commodities — including palm oil, coffee and cocoa — that will be exempt.
