Real estate company Brigade Group has forayed into industrial real estate, launching Brigade Industrial Park, a 25-acre industrial development in Devanahalli, North Bengaluru. The park spans approximately 2 mn sq ft will house Aerospace & Defence, IT/ITES, and Data Centres.
Commenting on the development, Amar Mysore, Executive Director, Brigade Enterprises Ltd. said, “The entry into industrial real estate marks a new milestone in Brigade’s growth trajectory and by diversifying into this vertical we will be playing a key role in transforming a high growth sector.”
