A major Staffordshire industrial estate has reached full occupancy following the latest letting to flooring specialist Welch Flooring.

The company has taken an 811 sq ft unit on a five-year lease, marking the final letting at the Britannia Enterprise Park in Lichfield. The site offers over 86,000 sq ft across 40 units, which are all now occupied.

Burley Browne was instructed by the landlord to market the units four years ago and has since completed several key deals.

Ben Nicholson, senior associate director at Burley Browne, said: “Demand for units of this size and quality remains consistently strong, demonstrating the ongoing appeal of established industrial locations such as Britannia Enterprise Park – which is the premier business estate in the region – and we now have a waiting list of companies keen to move in.”

The estate is managed by CR Asset Management. Asset manager James Adney said: “Achieving full occupancy at Britannia Enterprise Park reflects both the quality of the accommodation and the strength of demand for well-located industrial space across the West Midlands and, more specifically, in Lichfield. Welch Flooring is a great addition to the tenant mix.”

Burley Browne is an experienced firm of chartered surveyors based in the Midlands which provides a comprehensive range of commercial property services to a wide variety of clients.
