Law firm Osborne Clarke has appointed real estate partner Alice Conway as the new head of its Bristol office.

She succeeds Lara Burch, who was recently appointed UK senior partner.

Conway has been with Osborne Clarke since 2015, joining the firm in London before relocating to Bristol. She advises investors, funders and developers on the full lifecycle of commercial real estate assets in multiple sub-sectors including Retail, Industrial & Logistics and Living, supporting clients with their UK and international operations.

She said: “Our Bristol office plays an important role within the local business community, as well as supporting both national and international clients. We are recognised for the quality of our work and our collaborative culture. I am looking forward to building on Lara’s strong legacy, supporting our talented people here in Bristol and further strengthening our connections within the wider firm to deliver exceptional service for our clients.”

Burch added: “Alice brings strong judgement, a deep understanding of the Bristol office and a commitment to our people. Her track record as a partner, advising and supporting clients in the UK and internationally, equips her to lead the Bristol office with confidence as it continues to play a central role in the firm’s UK and international business. I am confident that she will provide excellent stewardship for the office and our people.”
