Not Just Travel is to host its first-ever Platinum Digital Workshop, taking more than 80 of its top-performing consultants to Sharm El Sheikh for four nights of training this October. The workshop runs from 12-16 October and is open exclusively to consultants at Platinum status and above.
Led by co-founder Steve Witt and social media and digital marketing coordinator Charley Bentley, sessions will cover social media strategy, email marketing and the use of NJT Smart AI, the company’s in-house tool, in sales and customer communication. Consultants will also be shown how to get the most from their refreshed, more luxury-focused personal marketing websites.
The five-star Rixos Radamis will double as a working backdrop, with attendees capturing their own photography, video and first-hand reviews of the resort to use with clients and on social channels once home.
Witt said: “Our consultants will be staying in one of the most Instagrammable hotels in Sharm, and they will come home with a bank of their own content that shows clients they have seen it for themselves. That credibility is what turns interest into bookings.”
The destination also reflects demand, with Egypt bookings up 140% in the last four weeks. Witt, who has attended Social Media Marketing World and AI Business World in Anaheim, California, added: “Social media and personal branding is where clients are won, and AI is changing how we all work.
“Having helped create NJT Smart AI, which collectively saves our consultants up to 4,000 hours a month, I make a point of learning from the best and bringing that straight back to the network ahead of the autumn and winter peak.”
The luxury emphasis follows the direction set by head of marketing Josie Allen, whose background spans Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Apple, and who is leading a move towards premium, value-led brand language across the network.
