The estate is fully let to a large local business that has been active on the estate for over 20 years.
Beaufort intends to invest in the estate with a number of ESG-forward initiatives.
Peter French, associate director at Beaufort Capital Management UK, the investment adviser to Beaufort Capital, said: “We are pleased to have completed the off-market acquisition of the property, and are looking forward to working alongside the tenant to support their continued operations and growth on site.
“This acquisition reflects our conviction in the Midlands industrial market, and we continue to actively seek further opportunities across the region.”
Beaufort is seeking to expand its Midlands and Northwest multi-let industrial portfolio over the next 12 months, targeting new acquisitions and joint venture partnerships, with a goal of building a portfolio of £100m-plus.
Julian Gallagher of Lewis Ellis advised Beaufort Capital on the transaction.
