Lakewood FFS Hospitality LLC purchased 3605 S. Wadsworth Blvd. in Lakewood, home to a Fairfield Inn & Suites, for $12.4 million from LF3 Lakewood. The property last sold for $19.4 million in 2022.

SP Trading purchased a 20,034-square-foot medical office building at 10789 Bradford Road in Littleton for $3.2 million from Emery Real Estate Holding Co. Craig Myles and Joe Owston represented the buyer. RC Myles, Eric Shaw and Kianna Starin represented the seller.
Integra Properties of Colorado LLC purchased two office condos at 7867 W. 38th Ave., Units 7 and 8, in Wheat Ridge for $440,000 from Paul & Mona Legacy Investments LLC. Joe Owston represented the seller.

3950 Turnpike Drive LLC purchased 3950 Turnpike Drive, a nine-unit apartment building in Westminster, for $1.3 million from T French Properties LLC. Ryan Floyd and Louis Passarello represented both sides of the deal.

DCG PC leased 2,767 square feet at 6455 S. Yosemite St., Suite 725 in Greenwood Village. Tanner Mason brokered the deal.
