LAS VEGAS – NAIOP Southern Nevada, the organization representing the commercial real estate development industry in the greater Las Vegas area, announced today that it has changed its name to the Commercial Real Estate Development Association (CREDA) Southern Nevada. The change is concurrent with the nationwide organization’s name change announced today as well.
“We welcome this name change and think CREDA more accurately reflects what our organization is and does for leaders in the commercial real estate industry here in Southern Nevada and nationwide,” said CREDA Southern Nevada Executive Director Jamie Schwartz. “This is a seminal moment for the association and the 55 local chapters across North America, including here in Southern Nevada. It’s especially significant for our local chapter, which was established in 1986 and has become one of the most successful chapters in the nation.”
The change became official on July 1. Commercial real estate professionals and industry partners will be seeing the new brand identity roll out across Southern Nevada in the coming weeks.
The rebrand gives commercial real estate professionals who are not currently members of CREDA a chance to start their membership as part of the new identity launch. For more information on joining CREDA Southern Nevada, please visit credasnv.org.
